1. Importing :
We have spent many hours greatly improving the importing feature of the program.
Our favorite method for starting a forecast used to be keying in data. It is now importing. It is so easy.
Once the data has been imported you can automatically map items within minutes. The program will map and update Up Your Cash Flow titles to your trial balance titles and it is all automatic.
Import data into a drill down menu and automatically spread the information using:
Percent of sales, a fixed monthly amount, using weeks per month and for payroll using hours per month.
2. Expense departments:
Need more expense items? With the click of a button you can add more expenses items to one or all of the nine expense departments in the program.
Depreciation accounts are now available in all 9 expense departments. Depreciation, as you know, requires special handling with regard to cash flows. This is now available in all expense apartments of the program.
3. Expense calculated using-head count:
We offer a new method for computing an expense, now Using Head Count
User can develop up to 9 different head counts. The 10th method we develop.
Enter payroll by employee and the program will count employees entered for each month and add to the head count item number 10.
As counts are changed and/or employees are add or deleted, head count automatically updates any expense based on the head count feature.
4. Improved 13 week forecast:
New for the 13 week forecast:
We have added a currency converter. Convert the forecasted to the currency of your choice.
More than one 13 week forecast? You may consolidate them.
Automatically convert a 13 week forecast to a calendar quarter and select the quarter to place the data into.
The importing of payables and other details has been improved.
4. Driver calculator:
Our unique driver calculator, which is our answer to using a spreadsheet is the most powerful tool within the program and is now available in credit line financing and purchase & financing of equipment.
